Fab Friday!

Want a delicious post workout snack, or just a healthy breakfast?

Try this delicious peach and protein oatmeal!

1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Fresh or canned peaches

Cook oats and water as directed on packaging. Stir in Milk and Protein powder. Top with a generous amount of fresh or canned peaches! YUM!
