Holy Fit!

We had a crazy weekend at our dancer retreat! Sorry we missed the blog yesterday, we had a strict no phones no Internet policy so we could bond with our team!!

We went on an amazing hike yesterday up in Park City, Utah. The leaves are changing and fall is in full swing! It was perfect weather and the scenery was amazing!!! After our challenging hike straight up the mountain we were able to ride the alpine slide down! It's a fast track down the mountain where you ride a sled on wheels and race your friends!! We had such a fun weekend with our team and loved all of the physical activity we were able to get in by bowling, hiking, running....and so much laughing!! We hope it cancelled out all of those treats we may or may not have had!! ;)

Now we are just enjoying a relaxing Sunday with our families!! Trying to catch up before our crazy workweek begins!! Love you guys!! xoxo.

Therapeutic Thursday!

Hey guys!!

Just a little update on what's going on with us, Ashley is getting ready to do her second Les Mills certification this weekend. This time it's CX Works!! She can't wait to learn this new format and starting teaching it in class. Although, as with any new cert, it takes LOTS of studying!

I (Chenelle) have been frantically trying to get ready for a two week trip to Italy. I just got done packing, at 3:45am and my flight leaves in 7 hours!!!! Do I sleep or pull an all nighter? What about Ash??? SLEEP!!! Sleep is by far THE most important aspect of your overall physical health! No matter how crazy your life is, it is EXTREMELY important to try and get 6-8 (or in our case tonight, 3-4 lol) hours of sleep each night! This allows your body to process everything that happens throughout the day and get ready for a fresh start!

I can't tell you how physically and mentally exhausted we are after a long week of dance practice and preparation for what's ahead, but I can tell you one thing; we are so excited about this link we found with ways to relax and rejuvenate yourself!

Motivation Monday!

We hope you all had a safe, fun Labor Day weekend. We are so sad to see summer go, but looking forward to what's coming for Fit N Fab in the fall!! Bootcamps, clothes, classes!! Stay tuned, we can't wait to let you in on this exciting news!!

We tried to stay active this weekend and enjoy the great outdoors as much as we could! The weather wasn't as cooperative to start out, but we were able to get in some fun hikes, swimming, BBQ's, and lots of FUN!!

As we head into fall let's get motivated to keep those summer bod's all year round!!
