Surfin' Saturday!!!

With all the surfing, hiking, and running I've been doing out here on the islands I've definitely been able to keep my workout routine! The house were staying at has an amazing home made gym setup and even though my muscles are SO SORE, I can never resist an opportunity to try a fun new workout!!! I kept it simple today but I'm trying to build up my strength to climb the rope and peg board!!

Today's Workout:

20 Weighted Squats
20 Lunges
20 Bicep Curls
20 French Press
20 Aussie Pull-ups
