Stretch It Out Saturday!!



Ashley has the opportunity to go to the MMA fights tonight to watch our friend Josh Burkman fight as the main event!

What a perfect opportunity to highlight these incredible athletes and all that they do to stay in shape and maintain peak fitness levels!


These fighters do everything from mixed martial arts, high intensity cardio, weight training, and Bikram yoga.

They have to know and train their body so they can cut weight by fight day and still have energy to perform their best during the event.


Keep up the good work guys!!

And congrats to Josh on the big win!!
