We have got an INTENSE workout for you to try today! We tested it on some of our clients this morning and they/we LOVED IT!!
(and by loved it we mean HATED how intense it was but LOVED how they felt after, so as a trainer, of course, WE loved it!)
5 Rounds For Time:
20 Box Jumps
20 Push Ups
20 V Ups
20 Aussie Pull Ups
(substitute burpees if you don't have a pull up bar at home.)
Then ..
1 min plank hold
25 Sit Ups
1 min R side plank hold
25 Sit Ups
1 min plank hold
25 Sit Ups
1 min L side plank hold
25 Sit Ups
1 min Plank Hold
