2 min Jumping Jacks
20 Dumbbell Curl Lunges
(R/L = 1 Rep)
2 min Box Jumps
20 Calf Raises
20 R Leg Calf Raises
20 L Leg Calf Raises
2 min Jumping Jacks
20 Weighted Side Lunges
(R/L = 1 Rep)
2 min Box Jumps
1 min Rest

Repeat 5x

Entire workout should be done in under 1 hour.
