Today for Therapeutic Thursday we want to focus on doing something good for your body. Something so simple yet we forget how important it really is and that is DRINKING WATER. We all can probably throw out the number 8-10 glasses a day that experts usually recommend, right? But are we all doing this?
Some benefits that come from drinking more water include:
· Burning fat
· Flush out toxins
· Proper blood circulation
· Good digestion
· More energy
