It's the perfect holiday treat, and 100% guilt free!
1/2 Cup Ice
1 Scoop ViSalus Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
1 tsp. Honey
1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Banana
